'The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right.'

'It would be difficult to overstate how much we enjoyed our stay at Quinta Don Jose. The location was perfect for us, the propery and rooms were in excellent shpe and it's obvious how much pride the staff take in ensuring your visit is memorable. I'd highly recommend spending time at the bar with Charly as well as a visit to the on premise restaurant. We'll definitely be returning!'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'
