'Hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Eenzijdig eten met sterk wisselende kwaliteit. Kamers zijn wel schoon maar stralen absoluut geen gezellige sfeer uit. Zoals trouwens het hele hotel. Word bijna geen Mexicaanse en Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek gedraaid. Personeel wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!! Ideale ligging wat betreft de malecon en de marina. Precies er tussen in. Zeer klein strandje. Wie daar voor gaat kan beter naar Nuevo Vallarta gaan. Wat betreft de omgeving echt...

'I really like the location of this property, if you are likely visiting Playa, or Bacalar etc this location has better access to the highway compare with Tulum Hotel area. Having a private pool also a big plus. Overalls great facility. Just mind that its a bit of a isolated area and you will likely need a way to move to either Tulum center or Hotel area (Bike, ATV) rental available on site. Furthermore checking and checkout are completely smooth which is highly appreciated.'

'El hotel está muy seguro, los alrededores están muy bien, a pesar de que hay varias construcciones en progreso, hay muchas opciones de supermercado y comida cerca, solo que son accesibles en auto, si no quieres salir, hay una mini tienda con lo indispensable en el lobby, por lo que resulta muy cómodo. '

'Alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig in de kamer. Het is schoon, ruim en de voorzieningen zijn goed. Het is fijn dat er water op de kamer is. Wij hebben genoten van het balkon, zwembad en privé strandje. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lol die ze onderling hebben brengen ze over op de gasten. Ben je op zoek naar een kleinschalig hotel, dan is dit een aanrader!'

'Our stay was exceptional. We loved the apartment because of the convenient location, quiet area, and the staff in the lobby were always very helpful. The size of the unit was perfect for our family of 3. We were able to cook a few meals and also enjoy some of the restaurants in the area. We will definitely recommend the ULIV parque Lincoln and if we are ever back in Mexico City we will be back at this hotel. Thank you!'
