'We had a lovely stay at Inn on the Sound! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and even surprised up with a room upgrade! Being on the ocean is glorious - having coffee from a balcony room overlooking the ocean is idyllic. Breakfast at the inn was delicious. The location is perfect- right on the water, so you have easy access to the beach as well as the shining sea bike trail. It’s also very close to town so getting to dinner was a very quick commute. Highly recommend...

'The Lakehouse Inn is really cute, right on a lake with wonderful waterfront spaces. The bathroom situation is more European--toilet and shower in the bathroom, sink outside. There was no tub, not a problem for me but good to be aware of. The morning breakfast was delicious! I was greeted with a white wine sangria. It's conveniently located for roaming around Stockbridge, Great Barrington, etc. Close to the Norman Rockwell museum, Hancock Shaker Village, Edith Wharton estate. Would absolutely...

The Hostess at breakfast was very friendly and helpful with our questions about parking for my brother who was coming to meet us. Would stay here again. 'My husband and I stayed here overnight after a show at Soundcheck Studios. Very clean. Right on the water. Nice area to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. Also some cute shops around. We were there in February so it was a little chilly outside but nice area to walk around. They have an outside patio you can sit on in the warmer weather. '

'We visited in early May, so it was off season. Breakfast consisted of pastries, yogurt, and cereal, which was enough to get you going in the morning. It was a great location to walk around town. We walked to all the shops and restaurants in town... probably 3 times each. We found two large umbrellas in our closet which wasvery nice since it rained while we were on island. '
