'We throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful peaceful location with deer and turkey strolling around the yard. Plenty close to all the more crowded Easy Bay areas but without the crowds and high cost. Clean, comfortable with Keurig, small fridge, microwave, tv hairdryer. Host very responsive and on site. Will absolutely return when we need to be in the area. '

'Een heel gezellig hotel bij de haven van Martha’s Vineyard. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. Het zwembad is wat gedateerd. Martha’s Vineyard is een prachtig, idyllisch eiland. We zouden zeker terugkomen in dit leuke hotel.'

After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. 'Good luck finding parking! You have to hope to find a spot on the street nearby, because there's no parking lot or garage for this hotel. We were greeted by someone on the phone on the couch and when we got up to our tiny room, there was a missing TV. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, who was on the couch and on her phone again. She gave us a different room to try, but the bathroom was missing the shower towels and the water pressure was awful. Also, the new room had no carpet. In...
