'Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it easy for my group of friends to co-exists during our stay. Melissa was super friendly as well and didn’t give us any...

'Highly recommended for families looking to spend quality time together. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer, and Aruna's thoughtful attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Her hospitality and care added to an already wonderful stay.'

'Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!'

'Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. 'This property was everything you could expect. The house had everything you could possibly need. Very clean, comfortable beds, great living room to relax in and look out to the ocean. Beautiful beach just down a short path. Very private, quiet and relaxing. I give it 12 out of 10 stars. Spectacular!! Thank you for sharing this property.'

'This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!'

'The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient.'

'We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Host was responsive and property was in great shape.'
