'This apartment was just what we wanted! It was on the quiet portion of the main town road, and basically right on the water. We ate our breakfast on the porch watching the sky over the water. It is a very small efficiency apartment, and when the sofa bed is out, there's not much space. However, that did not hinder us at all because we were out on the town for the most part. Loved this place - thank you so much!'

'This is a great condo in an even better location. Just a few minutes from the wharf and close to so much else, yet tucked away on the harbor side of Commercial Street. Very well appointed and cared for, it met our needs well.'

'The views of the entire Harbor and Bay were astonishing. The location was perfect. The home was very comfortable, however be aware that it is actually located in a busy boat yard so while the noise was not intrusive, it was certainly present. Check the pictures of the interior to see if it matches your aesthetic, as I said, before it was supremely comfortable and well equipped.'

'Beautiful view and excellent location. We loved everything except one thing. The mattress in the small bedroom on the one side was slanted and you rolled to the middle. Was very hard to sleep on. We want to return next year and hopefully that is replaced. Other than that, everything was great!'
