The place was clean, Alan was responsive to our inquiries, the place is just as it is presented on VRBO. We had a great view, deck with chairs for lounging/reading, outdoor grill, beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Once you park your car, you can walk to everything. The house was perfectly-appointed with excellent indoor-outdoor showers. Incredible house if taking the ferry to Provincetown with bikes too.
