"Mooie locatie, zeer net hotel, vriendelijk personeel, dichtbij strand en luchthaven "

"Het hotel en personeelsleden verdienen niet de omgeving waarin ze zitten. Het hotel had heerlijk eten, de personeelsleden waren super lief en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. Elke dag had je weer nieuwe gerechten. Vlakbij het vliegveld. Echt een top hotel! Wat een enorme nadeel is, zijn de cafe’s en Duitse uitgaansplekken naast het hotel. Enorm veel lawaai buiten, wij werden in de nacht een paar keer wakker door Duitsers die in hun kamer en buiten zaten te schreeuwen. Niet een ideale plek om te verblijven als je kinderen hebt al waren de personeelsleden super lief tegen ons kind. "

"Disappointed and misleading! Its not all inclusive when you have to pay for alcoholic beverages, the hotel we booked was not ready and they moved us to a sister hotel which was also not ready for service the first days. The food at breakfast and dinner was really low quality, at busy times the trays were empty and we had to queue for a while to get an omelette. Most of the time the food was still frozen like the desserts etc. Rooms where ok, but a lot of noise came through from people walking by in the corridors. The staff tried their best to help and even went to a neighbouring hotel to grant us access to the Fitness (which was not available in this sister hotel while it was in the original hotel we booked). The hotel does have a great view but its not a 4* in my opinion!"

"Very nice stay, not pretentious but very nice. Check in was a little chaotic and the person behind the desk didn’t speak English. In Magaluf, really? But everything else was good. "

"Alles is op loopafstand en toch is het rustig. Hotel is goed onderhouden en de kamers zijn ruim. Heerlijk ontbijt."
