Building has it all cafe on lower level, art, beautiful architecture and rooms, our suite had a balcony which was perfect for coffee in the morning and small kitchenette . 'I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing experience this was for the both of us. David at the front desk was such a friendly, charming concierge. He personally made coffee for us when I came downstairs. The room felt like my own personal apartment. The balcony was comfy and the room was clean. 'When we checked in, we were given a room that was dirty. When we told the manager this, he didn’t believe us and went to check. I also told him that the room didn’t represent the listing (it was supposed to have a separate living space from the bedroom), the manager told me that the “way I booked” (through Vrbo rather than directly) meant that nothing was guaranteed about the design of the room. 'Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).'
