'Firstly, all the staff were amazing and a pleasure to have them help us. They all brought happiness and kindness to our stay. Specially given that they were working during Tet. I have stayed in many hotels and the Hotel du Lac Signature stands out amongst the top 10 much like their sister property in Saigon. 'The staff were AMAZING! Loved them so much, so kind and helpful and friendly, they were a pleasure to talk to! We were only staying 1 night so we booked a room with no window as it was mostly for sleeping, but they have created this cool "fake window" with a light that looks like daylight and a cool green wall! The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, great breakfast buffet, clean and very cool rooftop pool! Will 100% be staying here next time I come to Hanoi!'
