'Desde el balcón puedes ver a los monos y a las ardillas saltando de aquí para allá. La casera Lakshmi es una señora muy simpática. Me puse un día enferma y me trajo medicinas naturales y en seguida comenzar a sentirme mejor. Todo un lujo. Me sentí como en mi propia casa. La comida es maravillosa y abundante. No lo cambiaríamos por nada. '

'Upgraded to their new hotel which was very good, excellent swimming pool though hand rails would help. Annoyingly, for a brand new hotel, you had out of bed to turn the lights off! Grounds beautifully maintained. Food fine. A pleasant ambience for relaxing. Across the road from the Elephant Orphanage. Close to other Elephant Charities and the Elephant Poo Paper factory which was an interesting visit.'

'The Fortress Balumgala is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. However, it could be better maintained and managed. Under no circumstances should the guest be charged double the price for dinner because he arrived on a public holiday.'

'Close to bus stop on Hatton-Avissawella road. Faded glory, but very pleasant dining area, lobby and lawn overlooking river in which you can swim- but carefully as in the middle it flows fast. Non AC rooms are large with effective fan. Lots of whitewater rafting in area. You are in lowland so can be very warm.'

'Suite aux excellent commentaires , nous avons réservé 3 nuits a la Villa Nuova, ce fut une agréable surprise ! La guest house est très bien entretenue, très beau jardin et calme . La chambre et salle de bain sont propres et fonctionnelles. Mention spéciale pour Alwis (propriétaire) qui est au petit soins pour ses invités. Il est de très bon conseil et chaleureux. 'Nous sommes arrivés et rien été prêt. Les toilettes super sales. Des gros cafard été la. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement. Les photos et la réalité complètement a l'opposé. Nous avons même pas voulu nous laver vu l'état des salles de bain'
