'Loved our stay! This place was exceptionally clean! Large and spacious. Looks newly renovated. 3 separate balconies with great views. Terry was so helpful and accommodating making our stay an ease. Coffee/bakery shop right downstairs. Crusin Coffee (drive thru coffee/food) right across the street along with the popular Kawamoto's (japanese style lunch box/okazu). '

'We had a fab time. Jack the rooster made sure we woke daily at 6am. A the manager made sure we were safe in our first ever tsunami evacuation. The snorkeling with the turtles in the "back yard" was the cherry on top! '

'My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 kids- ages 7, 9, &11. There was plenty of room for all of us, very well appointed, had everything we needed and the beach supplies were a nice bonus! Having the beach park right next door was amazing and the kids also loved the pool. This was a nice place to have as home base for seeing everything we wanted to see on the east side of the island! 'Beautiful view of the water and park below. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with appliances, silverware, and toiletries. The Air Conditioning worked very well. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Hilo and it was nice and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. My family enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Communication with the VRBO owner was always fast with prompt and courteous messages and responses.'

I do have one suggestion: considering adding Rubens Mexican to your recommened dining options, as it is a Hilo institution since1979.
