'I booked this “hotel” thinking it was part of a known hotel chain. It turns out to be a random guest house hiding behind a misleading, almost-identical name. The minute you book, you get a text from a random number demanding a photo of your driver’s license. No explanation, no professionalism, just a sketchy text message asking for personal info. Then you look at their one review and your stomach drops. Nothing about this place feels safe. The person texting is rude and unhelpful, and when I...

'I’m a disabled veteran and the staff were totally unhelpful. The entire place smelled of urine and cannabis. The place is a dormitory which the ad doesn’t mention. Of at least 30+ people one of the two bathrooms was closed. No wi-fi and washer/dryer is only for staff use. The place is horrible.'
