'Beautiful villa wonderfully appointed in the center of Garmisch. easy access to downtown, Oberammergau, Ettal Murnau, Mittenwald and Innsbruck. American owned so no communications issues. Highly recommend for three couples or families.'

'Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience.'
