Well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay, lots of facilities, including games room and gorgeous pool. Lovely surroundings with some charming animals, lots to do in the area. 'L'hébergement était parfaitement adapté pour un week-end entre amis. Il est bien rénové et bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses chambres et salles de bain qui permettent de ne pas "se marcher dessus". Il faut bien noter toutefois qu'il s'agit de 2 maisons séparées (une de 12 couchages et une de 4 couchages) mais elles sont dans la même cour donc pas de problème.La maison est isolée en pleine campagne donc pas de problème de bruit pour le voisinage. 'Compact and comfortable. Well fitted out and storage for our bikes. Michel and Paulette are great hosts, made us very welcome and provided help with local maps and attractions. This GÎTE in their garden is very quiet and peaceful, only 5 min walk to the coast and about 20 mins into town. For us, the attraction was the convenience of the Vendee cycle ways which are minutes away and are great ways to explore north and south of St Gilles on flat firm surfaces. "It is a good accomdation, our room was small, but good. WE missed a cooler, because the oppotunities for buying stuff was not so big, in the accomodation. When we checked in the woman at the desk really tried to understand us en for us to inderstand her. "

"I'd already been there twice before and was completely satisfied. But this time I was very disappointed. It started with the fact that my credit card had already been charged the morning before my arrival. Then, unlike my previous visit, I was given a very, very small room, even though I had requested the same room. Finally, the quality of the food in the restaurant had also been downgraded. The most positive thing was the very friendly lady at the reception who even went out of her way to place me in a slightly better room."
