'Petite maison de caractère (un ancien four) bien rénovée et très bien aménagée dans une campagne calme. Aux abord de Revel, belle ville très animée avec son marché des producteurs le mercredi soir et son superbe marché sous les Halles du samedi. Toulouse, Albi, le Lac de St Féréol.... Les propriétaires sont très gentils et au petits soins pour leurs hôtes.'

'De ontvangst door Danielle was erg hartelijk. Nadat we ons hadden geïnstalleerd heeft zij ons een rondleiding gegeven door het mooie historische Fanjeaux. We hebben het heerlijk gehad bij Danielle en Denis. Hartelijke en gastvrije mensen die ook onze privacy respecteerden. Een fijne week in een prachtige omgeving.'

'Na alle lovende recensies over deze gite, viel de accommodatie ons wel wat tegen. Het huisje was niet erg schoon, het afwerkingsniveau liet te wensen (waterkraan verkeerd om gemonteerd, scheuren in tegelvloer badkamer, handvatten zaten los etc.) en we hadden geen prettige (lig)stoelen op het terras dus die hebben we bij het zwembad weggehaald. De eigenaar is alleraardigst maar we hebben hem maar 2x kort gesproken. Hij kwam niet even uit zichzelf informeren hoe het met ons was. Zijn honden...

'Very peaceful property, stylishly decorated and with a lovely large garden with many seating areas, hammocks and pool. The house was very well equipped and, as keen cooks, this was perfect as we could visit local markets during the day and then cook feasts in the evening. Esther was a very helpful host, giving good information about the local area and kindly supplying us with logs for the lovely fire in the living room'

'We absolutely loved our stay in Polfages. The property is well set up with everything you may need during your stay; the rooms are bright and cosy, and the surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful. Andrew and Jo are fantastic hosts - they showed us around when we arrived, provided us with great recommendations on where to go and what to do and were overall very approachable and understanding (we are travelling with a 3-year-old and 6-year-old).
