Pensions in Florence

'Would not stay here again. All I wanted to do was check in at check in time and my room was over an hour late after traveling for 30+ hours. The staff was not apologetic at all and offered no solution to my room not being on time besides to wait. Bathroom also had hair everywhere and room had a weird smell to it.'

The code was not matching my phone number and we sent emails, then we tried calling on Viber and WatsApp to contact the property owner who had a problem with his phone, we waited 2 hours to receive a code for the key locker and to enter the property. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there’s only small refrigerator and hairdryer, but no coffee machine or tea pot,...

'This was the first place we have stayed at in our 3 weeks in Italy that received us with the air condition already on and all rooms were cooled. We had the family deluxe room with 1 double bed (which were 2 twins pushed together- not a big deal for us) and 2 twins pushed together beds, one for each of my teenagers. LOCATION was PHENOMENAL— close to all shops, historic sites and food everywhere. Staff were very warm and inviting. I would absolutely book here again if I find myself in Florence...

'Great stay! Very comfortable bed and bathroom and the staff was very helpful. Our toilet had a small leakage and they sent someone to fix it right away. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes from the city centre with tons of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We will return! :)'

'Very conveniently located by the main train station in Florence. The reception is at the top floor. The entrance to this boutique hotel is nondescriptive. Look out for the door/building number. Ring the bell for the hotel staff to unlock the entrance door and walk up the stairs to check-in. Luggage can be stored on site for self-pick up, if leave early and pick up luggage later.'
