'The room definitely had old world Italian feel being across the street from the actual Pitti Palace. The room was clean and well equipped. Our room had a balcony overlooking the palace court and main gate. Location was perfect to walk to all landmarks and amazing restaurants not to mention gelato!!'

'Honestly, our stay was not the best. The photos in the listing were not for the room we got. Our room was not visible in any photos. If it was, we probably wouldn’t have booked it. 'Great stay! Very comfortable bed and bathroom and the staff was very helpful. Our toilet had a small leakage and they sent someone to fix it right away. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes from the city centre with tons of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We will return! :)'
