'This hotel is stunningly beautiful. It’s was a school board building that was restored its original glory. The staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, it’s within walking distance to almost every attraction in the downtown area. We loved staying there, and if we go back to Cleveland, we will stay there again.'

'the shower curtains and rods are horrible. They are in every hotel. The rounded rod never allows the curtain the ability to stay closed. Inevitably getting everything wet, the door was showing signs of damage because of it. A few mold spots because of it. Tile on the floors would also be better, a hint of humidity and the carpet feels wet and gross…like in every hotel. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the hotels convenience '

'The gym was out of Service, the ice maker was out of service too. The hallway was extremely noisy. The pool was small compared to the pictures. Overall was a good stay, the breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. '
