« Everything is not good at all »

« There was food in the room by the bed that was not cleaned up when we got there. The remote was broken on the TV. The air conditioner was broken and after. It was fixed still didn’t seem like it worked. The TV at times didn’t work. There was no ice in the ice maker on our floor which they said would be fixed and it wasn’t. Also $20 a day to park seems a little steep to me when you’re already paying over $300 a night for a room. »

« Check in and check out were easy. The resort was very clean, rooms were clean and stocked with essentials (plenty of clean towels, soap, body wash and shampoo). You will receive a wrist band. It gives you access to your room and the water park. It was so convenient to not have to carry a key for the room. They can activate your wrist band to pay for things at the resort as well. No need to leave or go anywhere. There are restaurants on site. However we did pack snacks and I feel like we saved a...

« Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management. »

« Nous avons séjourné deux nuits, très près de cedar point. Parfait pour nous. La chambre était propre ainsi que la piscine. Le petit déjeuné pourrais s’améliorer; muffin/gateaux, céréale sucré… manque de fraîcheur mais les usa c’est comme ça! Je vous le recommande »
