'The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. '

'This is our second stay here and we will likely be back. This has been one of our favorite cabins in Hocking Hills for a little getaway and is close to everything. It has always been very clean, welcoming, and easy to check in and out. The only thing I would say could be a little better would be some updated kitchen items as my husband and I cook on our trips. 'There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. '
