'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'

'Great staff and super clean. Right on bourbon at the halfway point. Got a room facing away from bourbon so noise wasn’t to insane. They have security guard at from door but that’s standard at all the hotels on bourbon. Will definitely be staying again. '

'The hotel is on Canalstreet which is very convenient. The reception staff is not friendy, never greet or are in any way helpfull. Hall at the reception has no atmosphere. Towels at the pool are not available. The pool is a bit outdated and not kept well. Houskeeping is great! And so is the location. '
