Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. 'Our visit to The Greenwood Plantation Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Easy check in and fabulous room. Open hospitality room with free bottled water, ice and homemade cookies during our entire stay. Beautiful view of lake and plantation home from our room, and great country view from back balcony of horses. We even saw deer and squirrels while there. The owners (Hal and Julie) live on the property and are very welcoming. They provide a free plantation home tour with your overnight...
