'Very small room. Clean, comfortable bed, but tight to move around. Adequate for one night stay. Very walkable neighborhood. No separate sink for kitchen area, but can't really cook, so not an issue. Only one comfortable seat, so if traveling with someone, one must sit on bed. '

'Our room above the barn was perfect, clean, comfy, and included everything we needed for our four-night stay. It has a large window with a view East where I sat with my wife and a cup of coffee and watched the sun rise. 'We thought the property was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, great location to Watkins Glen and plenty of wineries nearby. The firepit was a great plus with plenty of wood. Plenty of space to park and it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! Would suggest a few more washcloths and towels. '

'My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious!
