  • Enjoy a new 1 bedroom (750 square foot) with high end finishes. This apartment is above a garage attached to a family home with its own separate entrance with keyless entry. We are centrally located just 30 minutes away from Ithaca, Binghamton, and Elmira, just a short distance to countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and finger lake wineries. A balcony to enjoy the valley views is featured along with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and bedroom with queen sized bed. A futon in the living room can be used to sleep up to two additional occupants. All toiletries are provided, as well as bed linens.

Wonderful country place to stay. Very quiet, clean, easy to find and the view is spectacular. We were surprised by breakfast items in the fridge. A plus for us was a washer and dryer. Perfect for keeping the kids cloth clean as thay LOVED playing outside. Easy access to lots of great placed to visit.

I had a quick 2 night stay in Barton. It was very and clean with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. I was very happy with the accommodations.

Place is immaculate, beautiful views of rolling hills. Well-stocked and breakfast of bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, milk, bananas provided in refrigerated.

We had such a wonderful stay and only wish we had more time there! We were only at the property for about 14 hours as a stop on our drive to Ithaca for our daughter’s college graduation, but everything was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking, the space was incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay.One of our favorite touches was the signature wall — it was so fun to read through everyone’s messages and made the place feel extra special and welcoming. We truly wish we had more time to enjoy both the property and the surrounding area. Thank you Jason for such a great experience!

Just right

We needed a place for a little overnight rest between days of hiking and waterfall chasing. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. And we loved the washer/dryer because we definitely need to wash some laundry after our hikes😁

Beautiful, peaceful country setting

Amazing host! The rental was immaculate with everything needed for a stay away from home with the thoughtful additions of breakfast foods and souvenir maple syrup. We would definitely recommend to friends and hope to return!

Great spot for passing through

The place was perfect for our family to stay the night before a wedding. It was easy to get in and out, the apartment was finely appointed and had everything we needed - even some thoughtful gifts from the owner for breakfast! The owners were great and flexible to accommodate some of our needs.

Amazing place in a quiet setting!

My wife and I stayed here while we were visiting Ithaca and Watkins Glen. It’s a scenic 25-30 minute drive to either place, not bad at all. Jason was super responsive, the place is like new and has all the amenities you will need. We will definitely be back.
