Villa's in Colleferro

'The house is one-of-a-kind and very special. Extremely roomy and lovely, but it does need a lot of love. As the interior is quite outdated, it is not the cleanest of places. But we loved our stay, as we could enjoy the outdoors, large kitchen, many rooms and unique personality. Our hosts was very responsive and helpful.'

'Ruime villa, waar we eigenlijk op de nachten na alleen maar buiten hebben geleefd. Goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken met zelfs muziek mogelijkheid en sattv als je dat zou willen. Alles is aanwezig en soms zelfs dubbel met ook nog een keuken binnen. Schoon zwembad wat netjes wordt bijgehouden. Via app contact met eigenaar die problemen snel oplost en goede tips heeft voor uitstapjes etc. Ook lekker gegeten in zijn restaurant. Omgeving met veel blaffende honden was jammer en kan voor lichte slapers de...

'Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.'

'House was just as described. Was very clean and filled with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!'

'Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property.'

La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques . 'Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.'

'With friends or parents you can really enjoy your stay. Outside swimming pool, garden, forest give you possibilities to organize fantastic days. Villa is gully equipped for breakfast lunch and dinner.'

'We had a great time at the house: enjoyed the large pool and travelling to Rome was ideal. House is big, with a basement with football table, 3 bed rooms and very clean. Large green property with barbecue and outside seating within olive and fruit trees. We enjoyed our stay very much.'

'A very peaceful and convenient location. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. The villa itself is like a home from home; comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need.'

'If you want quiet and remote spot this is a perfect place. You will need your car as there are no taxis and train station is not that close on hilly road. Nice little getaway from all location. Hosts are very nice ans house is well kept.'

'We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries.'

'Marco is a great host, very good personal contact and really helpful. Spacious appartement, well appointed and superb view of the valley. Swimming pool at agriturismo very nice, just a very short drive and well worth the effort.'
