'Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout.'

'I really liked having washer and dryer right in the room. The room was a little small for a family of 4 with teenagers but we made it work. Property fairly new and very clean. Location was a bit in the middle of nowhere. But, if you like the suburban feel, this is the best location. Most restaurants around it closed at 8pm which was a bit too early after a full day of exploring.'

'Messaged the hotel via Expedia three separate times. Responses were always given within 3 hours. Stayed for 11 nights. Two adults and two children fit comfortably in the room. Shoe shelf/ complimentary slippers and a full length mirror on the left. Beside is the bathroom which contained a sink and mirror, toilet/bidet with an attached sink to reuse handwashing water and a separate soaking tub/shower room.
