'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'Section L was a great apartment hotel experience! I only stayed briefly, but the front desk staff helped me with getting my bags to my room, making sure everything was sorted for my stay, answered the questions that I had regarding an early morning check out, and I think that it was all a great experience overall! I would gladly stay there again to have a nice home-like stay in Hamamatsucho.'

'A family friendly area and neighborhood with a convenient seven-eleven downstairs. Close to different train stations or lines. The place was clean and everything you needed is inside. The place is spacious that we can open up luggages to unpack/pack. However, the bathroom area had a funky smell like urine when we checked in. The smell went away after someone bathe in it. They have very strict policies for check in so you have to be there at check in time. They won’t do refunds if there are...

'Lio Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all amenities needed for our 3 night stay in Tokyo. Close to good transportation options and wonderful neighborhoods. The washer and drying options were great if you packed light.'
