'We really enjoyed our stay at Thimblewynd from Aug 09 - 24 and would recommend cottage to others. Cottage was ideally suited for two of us. Loved the character of the house combined with the modern amenities i.e. updated upstairs bathroom. We loved the location in Dunning with a short walk to local Nisa store that had a great selection of items, and the lovely Kirkstyle pub just down the road. 'Great cottage, all facilities are present and working. You do need to be careful if you're sleeping in the attic. One of the bars from the retractable attic ladder can be an obstacle.'

'WiFi advertised, but there was none. Pee stains on one toilet. Skid mark in the other toilet. Outside refuse bin full to overflowing. Tried to call and text contact no provided - no reply. Other than that caravan was reasonably comfortable. '
