'This pet-friendly lake house was very clean, cozy, spacious. It was fully stocked with anything we needed and was nicely decorated. The view and amenities were wonderful. We had a lovely weekend and can't wait to go back!'

'Beautiful lake house 15 minutes from Colgate. It was the perfect spot to relax with family and celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Right on the lake and perfectly appointed. We had a great time! '

'The Brae Loch Inn is a charming, rather eccentric, Inn with a great restaurant and a bar with a terrific selection of single malt whiskeys. The Inn was built in 1910 and is rather labyrinthine. There is no elevator, so people with mobility problems should be aware of that. The staff was friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast very good and the restaurant excellent. We were there on the weekend and the live music was excellent as well. Highly recommend the Brae Loch!'

'We stayed there with my adult children. We all travel frequently for work yet none of us had every stayed in a more inviting and beautiful home as the Country Lodge. It was large enough for us all to have privacy, to have space for cooking, playing games, working out, reading and knitting in front of the fireplace. We also enjoyed walking in their woods to the waterfall in the early evening as the snow gently fell. Then coming home to the warm inviting space the hosts provided us. Our mission...
