'This was my second time at this property and once again they did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It felt like every day we met new staff members that were so kind and took such great care us. The food is exceptional and rooms always well kept. My favorite spot to eat is, Don Roberto’s. Their tacos and cannolis are a must. Overall, I really love this property because of the staff and how well they treat their guest.'

'We just stayed here for 8 days, it was a very nice resort. Overall a good experience.
The food was amazing, MB is great and we went multiple nights. We did not pay and go to the Carnivore steak house. The breakfast buffet is what you’d expect and had many options. The staff (Helvert) was always ready for us at breakfast and gave us the best service. The room service was lowkey underrated as well, great options there for late night.
The ocean was perfect, the seaweed issue is massively over...

'Firstly, this is a time-share complex so expect the usual requests (I won't say hassel because I've seen far worse) to attend one of their many presentations. Their are agents at the front desk, all vying for your business to buy into their vision or buy one of their many excursions. - cheaper if you do it yourself online.
Secondly, if you have the all-inclusive package, like us, then you need to be aware of some extra charges. What the front desk won't tell you, not everything is free, there...
