'Location was great ; Restaurant delicious; Immaculately maintained rooms;'

'We checked into our room . It was on the first floor(basement) down a hallway. When we walked in the wallpaper was lifting off the walls. The floors were actually wet and the walls had mold. The women at the front desk was a saint and helped us get a new hotel to stay in for the weekend. It is a shame because we are big fans of this hotel.'

'The room seemed clean enough and was adequate for one male guest (me). My wife and kids wouldn't like it here. The outside areas need attention. There were tall weeds along the walkways. I don't think it would take much to cut those down.'

'This hotel is Disgusting, unkept, a safety concern, and should be reported to the health department. I arrived after 10pm and notice that the side doors of the property are unlocked, people are entering without a room key. I get checked in and on the way to the room there are rat trap boxes in the corners of the hallways. We entered the room and check the room for pest. We spotted bed bugs ontop of the pillows and reported this to the staff, who responded with "Do you want a new pillow?" The...

'It's a place to stay. The windows are original and therefore there was a lot of road noise. The beds were hard as rocks. The air worked. Checkin and check-out were fine. They keep track of all meaning no surprise guests on the property and you need to register your car which I think is a little overboard. They could make some simple improvements but most stay there due to the price.'
