'Everything was great! '

'The bathrub in my room was clogged after showering. I reported to staff ASAP. It wasnt resolved that night because it was after midnight. However, staff followed up and sent a repair person in the morning. After several attempts of trying to fix it without luck we were accommodated with another room next door. The staff was helpful with this matter. Satisfied customer here.'

'Room was in disrepair, cracked window that made it feel unsettling, lock was broken which didn't make us feel safe, as well as the shower was brutal, flooded the bathroom. Much needed repairs, wouldn't stay here again. '

'Hot tub was not working properly both days, hot tub needed to be cleaned. door in pool area maint room door needed to either be replaced as it is very un sightly with rust. Better food for continental breakfast.'

'Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.'

'This place has had water damage or something. Smelled like mold when we walked in. foors we dirty, my nieces' socks turned black walking on the floor in her room. The shower had black mold. Chair in my room was stained and was afraid to sit on it. Did not check out the breakfast '
