« Had noise issues that were not handled properly by front desk. Made reservation with Expedia. Front desk checked me in and later called to say that they needed info from my credit card for incidentals. When I checked out Sunday, September 13, my receipt showed a different price than what I had paid Expedia. The hotel used deception when they stated the reason for requesting my card and charged me for a hotel stay in addition to what I had paid Expedia. Tried to get the additional amount...

« Room was big and comfortable. The bed was amazing for a great night sleep. The staff were friendly and courteous. Cleaning was good but housekeeping should clean and map the bathroom daily no matter how many days the guess is staying and make sure that towels and toilet paper is provided daily as well. Overall it was a nice place and I'm planning to go back. »

« Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there. »
