'We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location'

'This property was a fraud, I could not check in, host was unreachable the telephone number provided was disconnected for NYCshortstays, the address listed led us to an abandoned building. Customer service has been very difficult to work with, no refund has been processed for 4 days and I had to pay for a different accommodation. Horrible experience after years of trusting Expedia. '

'Lovely apartment , amazing location with a subway station just across from the building. The host left water bottles, coffee and crisps which was a lovely surprise. We stayed for 3 nights ,the apartment was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. Great place to stay in the city for a couple nights! '

'Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage.
