So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...'

'A great location, close to theatres, restaurants and museums. Clean and easy to access. Surprisingly soundproof! Alex was very responsive which we appreciated. A good place to be your home base when seeing the city. '

'This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...
