'Substandard bedding... Mattresses were old and soiled. Received bug bites from bed in the smaller room. Apartment was obvious very lived in by the owners, clothes stuffed in closets, shoes by the door, a large piece of art laying against the wall. Very dusty and not as clean as we are accustom to when we rent VRBO's. Rug and couches were also stained with age. Location was great.'

'Good location. Decor is for 'hotel de charme'. Beds were good. Rooms on the small side. Bath was minuscule. Breakfast is disappointing. Not much choice, not impressive and charging extra for cappuccino. Why? Better to go to nearly bakery. '

'The hotel is small, but it has a very nice atmosphere. The location is excellent, with both local attractions (Tour Montparnasse and Jardin du Luxembourg are within 5-10 minutes on foot) and as a base for exploring Paris (stations of 2 different metro lines are within 3 minutes from the hotel). There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The room we stayed in was nice and cozy, with the furniture feeling a bit outdated.
