'The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room.
There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day.
Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room.
The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable.
Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!'

'Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful.
When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though!
The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. '
