'The hotel and our room was spotless and spacious. Really had the feeling we had arrived at a little tranquil, relaxation oasis of calm in the bustling city. The staf were always very helpful in any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend.'

'Very nice place. Great staff, pretty good food and drinks. Was a little bummed we weren’t able to go into the ocean due to the sargassum problem, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Ac in the room wasn’t the best, and we did have a few critter’s in the room, but… we are surrounded by water and trees so it was somewhat expected. Other than that, everything was great!'

'Free sauna & ice bath'

'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...
