« This is overall a really cool and peaceful place! It felt unique and fun and we in general had a great time. Sitting outside and reading in the jungly courtyard was a joy. The biggest issue was that both of the domes we saw had pretty significant mold on the inside, on the structural tarp and on some of the surfaces like the fan. The first one we tried had also really sickening perfume smell, though the property manager responded quickly and moved us. The pictures of a lily white nice dome...

Tancah : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

10/10 Excellent

"This is an exceptional hotel and location both in the middle of a luxurious jungle with animals (coatis, raccoons, iguanas etc…) and by the sea. The room was well equipped and maintained with a small pool to linger at the end of the day. The hotel has many very large pools and many qualitative options to eat (Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, Japanese). The staff is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to return !"

El Dorado Seaside Suites Oceanfront, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only - All inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Le personnel très courtois toujours souriant et attentionné. La nourriture excellente. Les activités offertes à ne pas manquer. 5 étoiles pour la sortie en catamaran et snorkel! La chambre avec swim up est hors du commun! A ne pas manquer : le restaurant japonais."

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at the Grand Sirenis Resort was incredible. The resort, paths, pool and beach are breathtaking. The entertainment employees were friendly and entertaining, especially Erik and Cecilio. The concierges at our building were very welcoming and helpful, so a big thank you to Adair, Luis, Jorge and Yessica. And Eduardo from Guest Services was a pleasant surprise to our stay. Every time he checked in on us, it was warm and friendly and we felt like if there were any issues, he would help us out. We recommend this resort to anybody wishing to visit the Riviera Maya region, with or without kids."

Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Chambre propre, personnelle très à l’écoute, transats et serviettes de plage toujours disponibles. Très bon service et ambiance dans le secteur famille. Seul bémol : il y avait énormément d’algues sur la plage. Ces dernières ne semblaient pas être ramassées ce qui était problématique pour atteindre l’eau car il fallait marcher dedans. En plus, ces dernières sentaient extrêmement mauvais."

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Most beautiful room I've ever seen! I highly recommend the swim out. The hotel is new very clean. I would definitely go back. The only thing I did not like is not having access to a buffet for dinner. Other than that perfect trip. "

Catalonia Royal Tulum Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Chambre spacieuse et confortable/ très propre . Excellent service d’entretien . Bonne qualité et variété de restaurants . Animation sympa avec mention spéciale à Diego . Excellent et souriant Accueuil à la Palapa par Quetzebel. Très joli resort"
