'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'

'Een goed leuk uitziend hotel Er is wel wat te doen sommige dingen betaald . Eten best veel en veel waar je apart kan gaan eten maar weinig variatie. pas op met taxi het is een gesloten gebied dus je komt daar alleen met hun taxi af omdat deze hotel buiten de hotel zone valt die zijn erg prijzig '
