« Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique...

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« Great location. Right at the edge of the Gaffer District, meaning it was a very short walk from our room to the end of the GlassFest block party. A short walk to the bus stops for the Corning Museum of Glass, and not a very long walk (about a mile) to the museum itself, which is very pleasant when the weather is nice. The parking lot was crowded (Memorial Day weekend), but I had no problem finding a spot. The hotel staff said that they would issue overnight permits for the municipal lot next...

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...
