'It was a quiet and clean place to sleep. That's the most important thing. The room was listed as a Double Queen, which was a surprise because when it was owned by Best Western this hotel didn't seem to have double queen rooms, just double Full rooms. So we go it since we had kids travelling with us. Nope, they're still just double full beds. That was flat out untrue. Not a real big deal, just be honest. Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, and the outside of the hotel was clean...

'Room was in need of cleaning of surfaces and thorough vacuuming. Bed clean and comfortable. Noise of slamming doors in hallway and jumping on floor above room. Fabulous large heated outdoor pool perfect for lap swimming. Breakfast minimal. Poorly marked road into property parking. Friendly courteous staff.'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Found an earwig in our room and the room had an odd smell, room wasn’t clean either. We left without staying and when we asked for a refund they pretty much said there’s nothing they could do about it.'

'Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. '
