Villa's in Belle Isle State Park

'The property was great and I love the fact there was near a shopping center with a Walmart in it'

'We passed on to the staff that some things needed to be cleaned in the room. Also the headboard needed repair. We passed on that the tub wasn't draining properly in the room. The staff was great and said they would take care of it.'

'Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again'

'Great location, amazing service, will be back!'

'Vriendelijk personeel, privacy, schone en nette kamer, goede prijs en kwaliteit verhouding'

'Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.'

'Keep away of it. This property is not livable. I've booked non-smoking room but found smoke and mold smell everywhere and you can not get rid of it for a long time after spending even 15 minutes in the room. It's a kingdom of pests like cockroaches and some other I was not able to identify; they're everywhere on walls, table, furniture, curtains.... Water in toilet is dirty, green-yellowish and even flush does not change its color. Finally I had to leave this place in 15 minutes even it was...

'Cozy, small, quiet home.'

'Nice, clean house. Good location and neighborhood.'

'Stayed with grandkids and others for a few days and we loved it. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown, chilled vibe.'

'What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.'

'This home is comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. Host is accommodating and communicates appropriately I highly recommend this property!'

'The property was clean and comfortable. The deer playing in the field across the road was a nice sight sipping morning coffee.'

'We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!'

'We loved our getaway weekend at this property. The home was spacious and immaculate with every possible amenity. The yard was beautifully landscaped with many spots to enjoy. The kids had fun with the kayaks on the creek. Fishing and crabbing were priorities. Looking forward to another visit.'
