« This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

« Rooms with beautiful ocean view, staff very nice and helpful, very large pools - breakfast complete. Ocean was full of sargassum in front of the hotel but we managed to find a clean spot by walking a bit past the Hard Rock Hotel. And Isla Mujeres with crystalline waters is not far anyway. »

« It is a great resort, the staff is wonderful, the beach is really nice and calm. However the food and the spa are way overpriced. »
