'The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel excellent coffee. The breakfast had terrible coffee and no choice and it was not up to par. '

'The hotel was great! Nice pool and direct beach acces. The rooms are nice and spacious, they are a bit outdated and need some attention but still good enough. The rest of the hotel is great exept for the valet! The valet took (stole) money out of my car on more than one occasion! I even left some on purpose to see if it was still there next time.. no it wasn’t… i mentioned this at the hotel desk but i don’t think they did anything. '

'A fine place overall…I’m a tough grader. Just a little dated and lacking if you’re wanting a posh type of resort. Snacks and bottled water was a nice touch, compared to how they would gouge you at a nice place in South Beach. Bar staff at the beach bar struggled regularly! Pool kind of meh but I guess did the job. The coolest part is the location right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk for walkable access and people watching. 'Zeer mooi hotel, wel niet gemakkelijk om aan de lobby te geraken met je bagage...(trappen) Wij zaten in Kaskades, prachtige kamer met allerlei snufjes, maar hadden enkel te heet of te koud water in de douche, ook liep het water van de douchedeur zo in de badkamer, en de afvoer was nodig ontstopt... Het ontbijt was wel prima en ook de ligging is ideaal. '
