'The location is not the best but it’s doable. It’s close to the hospital and the airport. Even though they said parking on the property it’s not only street parking and it’s limited. The room I had wasn’t bad my only problem with the room was that the sheets and pillows case was dirty that throw me off. The bathroom, kitchen and living room was very dirty I wish there was someone who came every day to clean those areas. Also wish there were trash can throughout the room and the bathroom room. It...

'DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!'

'BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. 'Koud water in fe douche en geen verwarming op cruciale momenten. Was vaak erg koud ‘snachts. Dekens waren niet aanwezig en met een handdoek moest je een week doen. Echt een afrader deze locatie!!!'

'I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.'

'After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. '
