Residenties in Live Oak Island

'Property needs updating in a bad way. It was mostly clean but there's only so much they can do. Bathtub had a slow drip leak you could hear all night and consequently tub nonslip mat had mold. Was asked not to lower a/c below 70 degrees so it wouldn't freeze up. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Good location.'

'The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe.
