'Stay away! Pathetic experience. Firstly the room was not ready, so they moved me to a building next to this booked residency. That building was literally a broken building with rooms. I had no choice, but to stay as already exhausted from travel. My room had no keys so then they again moved me to another "spare" room. In the evening the Room got locked out and the keys won't work. Even maintenance guy could not open it and I was left outside for 45mins. Maintenance guy they told me this...

'Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room.'

'The best place to stay in Calangute. Right in the middle of the busy parts. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We did have to ask for towels and a hairdryer though. You need to hand your key into reception if you want your room cleaned, they don't tell you this. The attached beach shack is lovely, friendly staff, free loungers and great food. Pricey compared to places away from the beach though and a lot of sellers hassling you. Whatever price they offer you first, take a 0 off...
