'Airport shuttle was great! The property is like a compound though, you cannot go in & out except through locked gate. I paid cash for my room & desk clerk said she had no change but would give to me in morning but when I left she never offered, that was disappointing. It was only $3 and I would have left for tip anyway but it would have been nice to be acknowledged & not assumed. The breakfast was good but I found over all the hostel was too much $ when there are better comparable properties in...

'I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. '
