'They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came.
They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay.
No water for drinking.
The bathroom was clogged.'

'flight delayed in to Quito, hotel does not answer phone after 11pm. Hotel does is not open can't check in.. If you can find it... we never found it... expedia has not given refund (prepaid). Some Google reviews say this hotel does not exist from 2 years ago.. Book with awareness... if you dare!'

'Bij aankomst bij het hotel blijkt de tweepersoons kamer op hotels.com de duurdere kamer voor 4personen te zijn. Wanneer we vragen of we van kamer mogen wisselen is men hiertoe niet bereidt (scheelt $25 p/n).
Verder lijkt het hotel eerder een B&B met z'n alleen aan de ontbijttafel...
Locatie ten aanzien van et vliegveld is wel perfect'

'Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.'

'Location was perfect and felt very safe.
That's were the convenience ends.
We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed.
Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer.
Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time.
We booked for 4 nights.
No washing machine.
No extra blankets.
Had to contact the person via WhatsApp...
