'Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.'

'We loved the hotel. The entrance and lobby was beautiful and set the tone for the stay. The pool area was gorgeous with beautiful views of the ocean. We loved our room with floor to ceiling windows. It was very clean and welcoming. '

'This was a great stay for us. We had 4 adults total, but needed 3 beds. The king size bed was very comfortable, Murphy bed was adequate for an 18 year old. The pull out beds for the chairs are definitely not great for an adult, although my son used one with few complaints. The unit was very clean, bathrooms were nice and had plenty of towels. We did need to ask for extra bedding for the pull out. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to make breakfasts. Check in was easy, pool...
