'So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. Oh, and there's an amazing beach just a few blocks to the south. Kind of buried the lead on that...

'The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!'

The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere.
