« Apartment old with old paint and windows and door latches that don’t work. Dusty and not for someone with breathing issues. 1 bathroom not great for 4 people. Must pay attention to street cleaning days but parking in front of garage helpful. April — manager— very responsive. »

« So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. « I stayed at this location for 18 days. Location is excellent! I would definitely recommend for short term but not for long-term. The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere.
