'Apartment old with old paint and windows and door latches that don’t work. Dusty and not for someone with breathing issues. 1 bathroom not great for 4 people. Must pay attention to street cleaning days but parking in front of garage helpful. April — manager— very responsive.'

The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way.
